You are cordially invited to an evening of oysters (and other seafood) and bubbles! If you have not made it to one of our w**e nights yet, they fill up fast and they are oh so much fun ✨
🦪 Chef Joe Cravens will make 5 courses of oyster and seafood dishes
🥂 Sarah Fey Brown and Taylor Gardner have picked our perfect pairings for each course.
Even better than the incredible food and drink, is always the company. It has been an absolute treat every time we have done these. We love hosting these evenings.

Tickets are $225/person (+tax and gratuity) and they typically go quickly, so we recommend reserving your seat early via our Resy link below!

Last week we had a Pan Seared Day Boat Halibut with truffle pomme pure, sautéed Jimmy Nardello peppers, capers, and oyster mushrooms in a citrus brown butter sauce as a special. We also had a delicious seasonal salad that the kitchen put out. We love our menu, but don’t sleep on those specials! Chef Joe and the kitchen have a lot of fun with the fresh catches that come up and the veggies our local farms send over, and you never know what they’ll think up!

Proud is an understatement! We are so proud of our Chef Joe Cravens representing us and cooking for such a worthwhile event and organization. We love all that they do and we’re honored to get to play a part in such a fantastic evening. It was especially sweet to see two talented friends standing side by side doing the thing they love. Chef Chaz Lindsay is another incredibly talented chef that makes us proud of Jackson, MS every day! Way to go, guys!
