Charlie turned 16 last month and got his drivers license last week! It still feels weird to see him drive off by himself, but I’m adjusting.

Now that chauffeur duty is off my to do list, I have a little more flexibility.

I have been thinking about extending pickup hours on Thursdays to 5:30pm.

Would the change in hours allow anyone who is currently not ordering to start ordering? (Has pickup time been holding you back?)

Would the additional time make it easier for anyone who is currently ordering but racing to get here?

Wedding season is right around the corner, and we are gearing up for our 18th season!

FlourGirl started in 2009. To date, we have done over 700 weddings. We bake from scratch and take pride in every detail, from planning emails and tastings to baking and delivery.

We have received the Couples’ Choice award every year since 2013. Check out the almost 200 reviews that were submitted by past clients.

Thank you to all our wedding couples that submitted reviews on last season! You helped us to earn a Couples’ Choice Award again this year!

It’s been 23 years since I quit my office job and decided to see if I could make my way as a baker. It has been a long and bumpy road, but things fell into place, and here we are! FlourGirl turned 17 yesterday!

Happy Valentine’s Day! ♥️💜❤️

I LOVED making this cake for a client for the pop up last week! Thank you for giving me a couple guidelines but overall letting me have creative freedom.

Even though I am not baking again until early April, I am available by email to put orders (big, small, and in between) in our calendar for our 18th season! We book early for summer and fall, so don’t wait!

2026 wedding dates are filing quickly, and 2027 is now open!

Here is a peek at all the cakes that went out, along with a bunch of cupcakes.

I’m ready to go back into hibernation now and resume working on my very long off-season to do list. Up next is taxes! Then celebrating our birthdays 🎂 🎉🎈🎁

I’ll be back in the kitchen in 8 weeks, with order pickups resuming April 9-10. Email any time to get in our calendar for our 18th season! We book early for summer and fall, so don’t wait!

Does anyone else have a Target Dollar Spot addiction?

I also have a mug addiction, as I love having a fun mug to drink tea from all day long.

I resisted buying this a couple weeks ago, but last night it got me. I mean, look at it! It looks like the piping on a vintage cake!

Life is short. Make it fun! 🎂♥️
