Chef Jon Insetta had an amazing time cooking with the extremely talented chefs Scott and April Franqueza and their team. We were welcomed with unparalleled hospitality and Jon was personally grateful and honored to cook with such high level culinarians at such a special property.

Thank you to Brooks Sherrel and the entire service team for making the dining experience so seamless. This event was one for the books and we will never forget it!
