The oyster world is a very interesting, unique, and supportive community. We are grateful to have the resources and ability to provide top tier experiences to you and your guests. When we source our shuckers, we aim for the best of the best. In this photo we were able to bring on the legendary Florida oyster farmer Ryan Norris from I𝕟𝕕𝕚𝕒𝕟 R𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 O𝕪𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣 C𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕟𝕪 in NSB and the incredible Hannah Tapp 🪻 who is a resident shucker at Kimball House in Decatur, GA. It was great reuniting with them and many others this past weekend at Oyster South LandLocked10
