Lorenzo Perez, owner of the food truck Perla del Norte, woke up on Christmas morning to find his food truck trailer missing. The local food truck community helped him to recover it.

We’re incredibly grateful to share that our food trailer has been recovered.

We want to thank everyone who shared our story, reached out, prayed for us, and helped spread the word during these very difficult days. The support from our community truly made a difference.

We’re still taking time to assess everything, but today we’re thankful and relieved. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all.

This has been an incredibly difficult moment for our family, but the support from our community, friends, fellow food truck owners, and local news has reminded us that we are not alone.

Thank you to everyone who helped raise our voice and stand with us. We are deeply grateful and will never forget this support.
