This photo features the Crispy Seaweed Tuna roll which has a loong story behind it. Long story short, this idea was originally from a family that ate at Sake house. They had this roll back in their hometown and requested us to make it. They showed us the recipe, tried it, they loved it. Inevitably, other's started to ask for it and that's how it ended up on the menu today. :)😄
