We know change isn't for everyone, and we respect that. If 911 Bar BQ isn't your thing, that's okay. But for everyone who has stopped in, shared a meal, supported us, or simply gotten to know us—thank you. Your kindness means more than you know.

Our only goal has ever been simple: to bring people together over great food and leave people a little happier than when they arrived. We truly believe some of the best conversations and memories happen around a table with good food.

We're going to keep cooking with passion, serving with gratitude, and focusing on the people who believe in what we're building.

With that being said... we're fired up and ready to serve today from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM!

There are days when you work yourself to the bone, wonder if anyone notices, and then a day like today reminds you why you keep firing up the pit.

From the bottom of our hearts... thank you.

You sold us out of smoked turkey. You about wiped out the pulled pork. You shared our posts, told your friends, and chose to spend your hard-earned money with us. That isn't something we'll ever take for granted.

We're just a group of folks who love making honest barbecue the right way, and every order you place helps us keep chasing this dream.

We appreciate every customer who walked through the door, every family that ate with us, every regular, and every first-time visitor. Y'all are the reason we get up before daylight to tend the smoker.

God has truly blessed us with an amazing community, and we're thankful for every single one of you.
