Join us Saturday, June 20th from 2:00–4:00 PM for a special Huber's Starlight Distillery Bourbon Tasting at the Schnitzelbank!

We're excited to welcome Christian Huber, Master Distiller, who will be on hand for bottle signings, bourbon conversation, and a little distillery swag. It's the perfect opportunity to pick up a unique Father's Day gift!

We'll be featuring the two exclusive barrel selections chosen by the Dubois County Bourbon Enthusiasts in partnership with the Schnitzelbank....limited bottles with a local story behind them.

🇺🇸 Holiday Closure Notice 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Independence Day, the Schnitzelbank will be closed from Saturday, July 4th through Tuesday, July 7th to give our hardworking team a well-deserved long weekend with family and friends.

We are incredibly grateful for our employees and all they do throughout the year. This short break allows them time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the holiday.

We will reopen on Wednesday, July 8th, refreshed and ready to serve you!
