This post hurts my heart more then I could express to make.

I want to start off by thanking each and every single one of our family, friends, customers, and everyone in between for how incredibly successful fresh eatz has become. Never in my wildest dreams did I envision my little hobby growing so fast.

With that being said everyone knows our dudes have always and will always be our number one priority. They were courageous enough to come to us expressing a need and we take it seriously. The schedule of working 6 some times 7 days a week is a lot. Thankfully I am blessed to be in a place that while they still kinda think their mom is cool to be around I want to take full advantage of it.

So for now we are putting a bookmark in this chapter of life. Taking a little break with plans to return in the future.

Again thank you to each and every one who came out to the truck, commented on a post, shared their love for korean food with me, stopped by to say hey or simply were in our corner rooting us on.

More testing! Tangsuyuk or sweet and sour pork.

Just like Americans have added their flair to Chinese food, there's a korean spin on Chinese dishes. This sweet and sour pork is typically eaten with jajangmyeon, a black bean noodle. It's customary to eat these dishes as the first meal in your new home for good luck! It's one of my all-time favorites

Test kitchen shenanigans continue.

Ramen Rolls, spicy ramen noodles, mozzarella cheese, rolled into a pan-fried rice paper wrap. Played around with sauce options and the creamy soy sauce was the winner (pictured on the far right)

What are our thoughts on a cold dipping noodle bowl?

This will be a cold udon noodle with cucumbers and seaweed flakes that you can dip in a savory dashi broth (may switch to a veggie stock so vegans could also enjoy 🤔) and for my spice lovers the option of drizzling with some chili oil to add a little punch. The sauce being on the side can either be poured over to thoroughly saturate or left on the side to dip each bite to enjoy in small amounts.

Channeled my inner and threw my random cravings together. Turned out as a cinnamon sourdough pan fried toast in an ungodly amount of butter, slathered that mother in peanut butter, air fried some thinly sliced bananas, then sprinkled with some cinnamon sugar on top. Turned out in 50 shades of brown, but 100/10 would recommend

I didn't get the memo of going green, but we did remember to whip up a batch of cookies for the teachers. Happy St Patri...
