The long awaited phase 3 final building permit variences were approved by the jefferson parish city council yesterday. phase one and two were both previously approved and the work has been completed. phase three will be finished and the entire job over the next 30/60 days. We finally got through all of the thick red tape.

finally getting through all of the long red tape since our exit / entrance goes onto a state highway but mostly because it’s within 1100 ft of the mississippi river levy zone controlled by Army Corps of engineers. We finally got phase one through and are pouring curbs and exit and entrance ramps tomorrow after the forms are all inspected. Hallelujah.

We finally got the long awaited subdivide through the parish after a year plus so now we have a lot of extra lot square footage and a lot of extra parking etc and can now begin to put up curbs around the new perimeter of the lot and move forward with parking surfacing and entrance ramps and sidewalks etc. PROGRESS

it looks like we are very close to getting all of the multiple lots combined into one which will allow us to finish up with curbs , sidewalks and entrance ramps as well as parking lot surfacing.
