Hi all, if I haven't met you, I am Keri and I'm the farmer's daughter that owns Farmer's Daughter Bakery. I'm here to announce that Daisy Cakes Bakery is completely moving into the bakery space in Jefferson. As many of you know, I'm also a teacher in Loudoun County. I'm in my 12th year teaching and tenth year running my business. The bakery started small with just myself but I got the opportunity to move into the Jefferson location in 2019 and things grew from there. We made it through the intensity of Covid and continued to build our brand. I'm so blessed to be where I am in both careers. For now, I am ready to slow down. Luckily, along came . A family after my own heart, they bring excitement and passion to continue our work in Jefferson.. and o yeah, TIME. I can't wait to see what yummy creations come from the shop now that the owners have the time to devote to creating new and exciting goodies.
They absolutely love our donuts and other items and are taking over all of our recipes. Soon, they will be able to bring in their artisan cakes to provide you with high quality deliciousness there too.
The bakery staff is staying so the transition will be seamless. Please continue to go visit the amazing ladies there; Kacey, Amanda, Jen, Kylie, Lauren, Bailey, Cy, and Rebeka. They, along with others who have moved on, are the true rockstars and have held the bakery together while I'm off teaching. I also have to give a shot out to my family for being my last minute coverage and my maintenance men as well as my friends for dealing with canceled plans and supporting me all the way through this adventure.
So for now, I sign off on being your neighborhood bakery but I'm pleased to pass it on to . Please be sure to follow them for all things delicious! β€οΈ
