High Octane BBQ

Well not that I have had a day to reflect and clean up well and to let the bbq and tire smoke clear lol I want to tan each and every person that came out! We had 14 teams cooking ribs and a total of 68 racks cooked and consumed. Around 300 paper plates were used so be the judge of how many people were there. Not to mention all the other great food that was prepared and zero food left at the end of the night. Things may have gotten a little rowdier than I anticipated but that happens with these big jobs sometimes. All my friends from all over the country made it home safely and I can’t wait to do it again! I think Jenni would have loved it (well until I took control of the stereo lol) Also big thanks to gas can alley for rocking the joint! Love you all also if you have pictures please share them to me!

Now the dust is all settled and I just want to thank everyone that came out to cook and those that came to enjoy the great food. Without each and every one of you it wouldn’t be much of a party. Thanks again and can’t wait for next year!

Today is the day! 11 teams cooking ribs for you to try. Darrell and the wild flamepoints are going to give you a rockabilly good time after dinner and there will be some cool cars for you to check out while the food is cooking. Bring out your chairs and hot ride to show off and we will eat around 4 with music after that

Next weekend we will need some people to toss their name in the hat to be rib judges so come a little early and help us out judging. Also come any time during the day Saturday and watch the cooks!

Well we are a week away from red white and Que. if you need help getting your smoker here we are picking them up on Friday. Turn in for judging is at 330 and eat at 4. The Wild flamepoints will provide some killer tunes after dinner. Bring a chair and your beverage. Can bring a dish to pass if you wish but not necessary. We will have cold water and a large tent.
