Milk & Honey Coffee Co., established in 2023, has been an opportunity to pursue a dream that would bridge the gap between corporate coffee conglomerate and niche coffee markets. We do this first, by seeking small, local boutique roasters, and extending opportunities to showcase their product in our mobile trailer. This provides a farm to table experience that is creative and convenient. The mobile
model allows us the freedom and opportunities to meet our consumers when and where they need us. Gone are the days where the consumer has to leave work, drive to the cafe, stand in line, and wait for over promised and under delivered, mediocre coffee. Milk & Honey Coffee Co. uniquely offers an intimate experience, with seasoned & passionate baristas that have a heart to serve. Our business model is based on Psalms 119:103 "How sweet are your promises to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth". Our promise is to deliver great tasting coffee, all while providing a spirit lifting experience with the mobile convenience that suits your busy schedule.
