So sad to be leaving our home of the past two months in Umbria at Casa Rondini. Franco and Bozena have taken such good care of us on their beautiful agriturismo property in Montegabbione. We will be back to see our new friends. Off to Lucca for 10 days tomorrow. 🇮🇹

Hi!! A bit late in posting because I have really relished living in the moment. We have just passed the 4 month point in our amazing trip and we couldn’t be happier. It was a leap of faith but a risk worth taking. Never a second thought. These pics are from our last stop in Menton, France. Taken a month ago. What a gorgeous spot near the border of France and Italy on the Mediterranean Lemons are the star here and as you can see so was the Vongole! Ciao for now!!

Our adventure in Umbria is grounded in our 8 week stay at Casa Rondini an agriturismo in Umbria. An agriturismo is a working farm or vineyard that offers accommodations for guests. Ours has wine, olive oil, hens and a garden of ever revolving herbs and veggies. It is heaven. Winnie especially loves the hens and rooster. Ciao
