We're bringing back our Caesar Salad! Crisp romaine hearts tossed in our house-made caesar dressing with garlic croutons and shaved parmesan, topped with your choice of Grilled Chicken or Blackened Shrimp, served with fresh lemon.

Chef's Reserve New York strip is a hand-cut 16oz. grilled to temp and finished with roasted garlic miso miso butter. Served with crispy fingerling potatoes, grilled heirloom carrots, and a side of house-made chimichurri (limited quantity).

Back by popular demand- Warm Toffee Bundt Cake finished with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Your choice of vanilla bean ice cream OR artisan black sesame honey ice cream.

Spicy Chili Crisp Cucumbers: cool, crisp cucumbers tossed in a savory chili crisp dressing with soy, ginger, and honey, finished with toasted sesame seeds and crispy garlic.

Citrus Red Snapper: Topped with a vibrant charred pineapple & clementine salsa on a bed of rice, finished with fresh cilantro and lime, served with beans and grilled vegetables.

Celebrate your 4th of July at Juan Siao this weekend with our twist on these Independence Day classics:

Old Glory Benton's Bacon Burger is a juicy 6oz. patty topped with sharp cheddar cheese, thick-sliced Benton's Bacon, slow-caramalized onions, house-made dill pickles, and tarragon aioli on a toasted bun. Served with your choice of seasoned house fries or Japanese potato salad.

Smok'n Freedom Sticky Ribs steal the show! Cherrywood-smoked half-rack baby back ribs grilled and coated in a sweet soy-ginger glaze with honey, garlic, and gochujang. Served with elote style corn on the cob and a creamy Japanese potato salad, finished with toasted sesame, scallions, and fresh cilantro.

Firecracker Shish*tos are a great starter. Blistered shish*to peppers tossed in a miso lime butter and finished with flaky sea salt, toasted sesame, and chili oil. Served with a side of garlic aioli and a lime wedge.

Here’s to all the amazing Father figures in our life!

We have all our amazing brunch classics on the menu today- avocado toast, breakfast burger, huevos rancheros, and breakfast tacos. BUT, we’ve got a new one today- Sweet Chili Chicken & Waffles!

Crispy fried chicken tops our golden Belgian waffle then dusted with powdered sugar. Served with a side of sweet chili maple syrup, jalapeño butter, and whipped cream 😋

This week we're turning our specials up to an ELEVEN - we've taken some classics and given them a Juan Siao twist!

For starters, we have taken our crowd favorite edamame and created a creamy rich Hummus dip. Blended with tahini and citrus, topped with togarashi, a drizzle of sesame oil, and slow-roasted garlic confit. Served with warm and crispy wonton chips.

Next, is a true flavor fusion with our General Tso's Tacos. Our spicy-sweet glaze coats crispy chicken and is topped with broccoli slaw, crunchy wontons, sesame seeds, and honey Siracha. Served on warm tortillas with a side of fried rice.

The star of the show this weekend is a Blackened Salmon served over creamy polenta, topped with charred sweet corn, cotija, lime, fresh cilantro, and escabeche onions that are finished with herb & chili oil served with a side of crispy honey Siracha brussel sprouts

This week’s tacos are Shrimp are served golden brown and topped with bang bang sauce layered with crispy slaw, cilantro, and green onions served on warm tortillas!

This weekend we have all three courses covered with our Specials Menu.

For your starter we have sashimi grade tuna dressed in bright ponzu, served on a corn tortilla with avocado purée, topped with jalapeño and toasted sesame seeds - Tuna Tostada

We follow that up with a Chorizo Smashburger! Two beef patties layered with melted cheese and avocado cream, topped with chorizo jam and zesty jalapeño aioli. Served on a toasted bun with seasoned fries.

Finish it off with our Buttered Toffee Bundt Cake. This warm buttery bundt cake infused with rich toffee and caramelized brown sugar, baked to golden perfection the topped with a toffee glaze. Served with vanilla bean ice cream.
