Hey now! Welcome to this gorgeous Wednesday and that means another wiener. It seems that at every summer party or picnic someone brings a crock pot of little smokies. Simmering in that BBQ sauce all morning just calling my name. I have a good friend that just puts grape jelly in the crock with them and lets them go. So today is our version of that staple. We grill them in BBQ to get that char, add crispy bacon, BBQ sauce and sprinkle fresh raw onions on top. Your choice of 1 or 2 and always your choice of side. Come check us out!

Hey now! We are in our second week of "Wiener Wednesday" and it's a good one. This is our version of the Tijuana Danger Dog. Often found late night from street vendors all over Los Angeles but it originated across the border in Tijuana Mexico. All beef wiener, bacon, grilled onions and peppers with melted pepper jack cheese. We smother it with ketchup, mayo, mustard and serve it with your choice of side. Feeling really dangerous.....add sliced fresh jalapeno! Come check us out!
