To our amazing Totally Tea family 💙

First off, thank you all so much for the continued support, love, and loyalty you show our small business every single day. We truly appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.

As we continue growing, we do need to make a small adjustment to our loyalty card policy moving forward. Loyalty cards will now only be marked ONE time per visit, rather than for each individual drink purchased.

We never want to take away from the experience our loyal customers have with us, but as a small business, we also have to make decisions that help us continue serving our community long-term. We sincerely hope you understand and continue supporting us the way you always have.

Also, a quick reminder: if you do a Facebook check-in for $1 off your order, please make sure to show us the check-in at checkout so we can apply the discount.
