A little joy in every sip 💙

Our April drink of the month is the Iced Raspberry Danish Latte, made in collaboration with and hundreds of other coffee shops around the world.

Featuring homemade raspberry syrup, rich espresso and a silky vanilla cream cheese cream top, it’s inspired by the sweet, nostalgic flavor of a raspberry Danish.

We love what Little Joy is building through their global coffee shop map, and we’re honored to share this recipe alongside so many amazing cafes worldwide 🌍☕️

This International Women’s Day we pause to celebrate and remember Maritza Castro an incredible coffee producer whose passion, dedication, and care shaped the coffee we are honored to share.

Maritza and her family produce our Plum Sauce Microlot, a coffee known for its vibrant fruit character and rich sweetness. But more than flavor, this coffee carries the story of a woman whose work and commitment to her farm helped elevate the quality and recognition of Nicaraguan specialty coffee.

Maritza passed away this past year, and today we remember her not only for the coffee she produced but for the legacy she leaves behind in her family and her community.

Her passing is also a reminder that there is still so much work to do when it comes to women’s healthcare around the world. Women are essential at every stage of the coffee supply chain—from farm to roastery to café—yet access to adequate healthcare and support remains deeply unequal in many producing communities.

Today we celebrate Maritza’s life, honor her contributions to specialty coffee, and recommit ourselves to supporting the women whose work sustains this industry.

Thank you, Maritza, for the care you poured into your farm, your coffee, and your community. We are proud to serve your coffee in our community.

Created in collaboration with our friends at , this refreshing iced matcha is infused with raspberry and blueberry and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows for a nostalgic, magically sweet finish.

Our Strawberry Matcha Scone is baked soft and buttery with juicy strawberries and a smooth matcha flavor in every bite.

Meet Pablo Del Cid, the fourth-generation producer behind in Santa Elena Barillas, Guatemala — a volcanic-soiled farm with more than 100 years of history. 🌋☕️
When Pablo took over his family’s land — originally acquired by his great-grandfather Eusebio in 1918 — he didn’t just continue a legacy. He elevated it. Blending tradition with precision and care, he continues to push the boundaries of what coffee from this region can be by producing specialty lots that truly captivate the cup.
For the past 3 years we have proudly been in a direct trade relationship with Pablo(and his wife Eva, who is back in Fayetteville now) and his team. What started with a few wild coincidences and shared laughs at our roastery in Johnson has grown into something far more meaningful — a partnership rooted in trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to quality from the farm to your cup.
Coffee at Finca El Jardín is grown under shade at elevations between 1,500–1,700 masl in rich volcanic soil. The farm cultivates some of the world’s most celebrated varietals, including Pacamara, Geisha, SL-28, and Sidra.

For all you tender hearted, spicy souls, LOVE month is here!! And we have so many delicious treats to spoil you rotten with!!
Our drink of the month is “Heart Shaped Jelly Doughtnut”. A rich, white chocolate mocha combined with tart raspberry. We suggest Iced but we know some of you like it hot 😉
Our bakery is featuring not one, but two new items this month!! First up, the twin sister to our drink of the month, a raspberry, white chocolate scone. We’ve tweaked our scone recipe and the buttery goodness of the base pops with this new flavor combination. Secondly, for our chocolate lovers, a double chocolate, chocolate chip cookie. Or do you say, double chocolate chip cookie??? Either way, it’s a slightly darker chocolate base with sweet white chocolate chips. An instant favorite when we taste tested with customers. Which one are you excited to try?
