This weather has us craving a cocktail and something cozy.

Our Pat’s Gold Rush is made with Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon, house-made unfiltered honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice, served over a large ice cube and a honey dipper. 🍯

Pair it with our Salmon Florentine — pan-seared salmon topped with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and capers, finished with a creamy spinach sauce over Parmesan risotto.
