Pagliai's Pizza From Northern Italy, to Central Iowa, Pagliai's is a family owned authentic Italian restaurant. Here in Johnston we offer Dine In, Carry out, & Delivery.

In 1914, John & Katrina Pagliai decide to leave their native home in Northern Italy to seek a better life in the New World. Missing home, and fresh authentic Italian food, the Pagliai's figured they'd bring their age old recipes and traditions to Central Iowa. Today, we continue using those recipes and traditions that use ingredients from scratch.
