A message from Jimmy T’s Firehouse Pub ❤️
Many people have been asking why we are closing, and we want to be transparent with our community.
Restaurants are incredibly challenging businesses, and ultimately, we did not have enough consistent patronage to support the ongoing costs of operating the restaurant. This decision was not because of a lack of passion, effort, or belief in what we built.
We are incredibly proud of what we created. We received so much positive feedback about our menu, earned awards and recognition, and truly believe the building and concept are a beautiful fit for Johnstown and the character of this community.
So, what’s next?
We are moving forward with an asset sale of the contents of Jimmy T’s Firehouse Pub. If someone has interest in taking over the restaurant and continuing the vision, we would love to hear from you. Please send us a direct message with your contact information, and we will reach out.
Most importantly, we want to say thank you to everyone who supported us, visited us, shared kind words, and believed in what we were trying to bring to Johnstown.
We truly love this town and believe Main Street has tremendous potential. It is a great place to shop, eat, work, gather, and spend time with friends and family.
For small businesses to succeed on Main Street, it takes all of us — the community coming together to support local shops, restaurants, and businesses. When people choose to spend their time and dollars locally, it creates a stronger future for everyone.
