May the best DJs win!

Every Saturday, Richardson’s Bar & Grill is looking for DJs to help build the premier nightlife destination in Downtown Joliet.

🎧 Competition runs every Saturday (August 1-Sep 26.)
🎵 8–16 performance opportunities available
🎛️ One DJ or two DJs may perform each Saturday
🎚️ All DJs must provide their own professional equipment

We’re looking for DJs who:
✅ Are reliable and professional
✅ Know how to bring the right crowd
✅ Know how to keep the dance floor moving
✅ Know how to promote and market themselves
✅ Put their best foot forward every event
✅ Leave the drama at home

We’re creating an awesome nightlife experience for Downtown Joliet. Our goal is to attract a grown and sexy crowd that’s ready to enjoy great music, great drinks, and great vibes at Richardson’s.

With the opening of the Joliet City Square, Richardson’s has had the blessing of being extremely busy. To enhance our customers’ experience we are hiring once more. We are looking for 2 or 3 experienced bartenders to fit our vibe.

✅Experience is a must
✅ Bartender will double as server if needed
✅Must have a great attitude (no drama)
✅Great Customer Service
✅Must be available 2 weekends out of the month

This is why I do it. Richardson’s is an establishment where customers have become friends, memories have been made, the vibe is awesome, and we are now a destination. Most of these customers have been rocking with us since the last football season (Go Bears). Richardson’s is a place where everyone is welcomed and everyone is treated like family. God gave me this opportunity with the task in mind of bring people together. Hope to see you soon.

Well… you all wore us out yesterday! 😅❤️

First of all, thank you! We were absolutely slammed, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Because of that, we’re going to open a little later today (6/27 2:00 PM) so our crew can reset, restock, and get everything back in shape.

We’ll be open 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

After all the City Center festivities wind down right outside our doors, come keep the fun going with us! 🎤🎶

The J3 Experience, who absolutely crushed it last night, will be back & hosting Open Mic & Karaoke. Whether you’re ready to sing or just want to hang out with good food, cold drinks, and great people, we’d love to see you.
