🇺🇸 Today, we pause to celebrate something far greater than ourselves.

In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, Jackson’s Prime will be closed today as our community comes together to celebrate our nation’s remarkable history, freedom, and those who have defended it.

We are incredibly grateful for our guests, our team, our veterans, active military, first responders, and everyone who has helped make Jackson’s Prime part of Historic Downtown Jonesborough.

Enjoy the parades, fireworks, family, and the spirit of this historic day. We wish you a safe and memorable Independence Day.

Experience one of the world’s most sought-after seafood delicacies—Wild Copper River Salmon, flown in fresh from the pristine waters of Alaska.

This isn’t farm-raised salmon. These fish are wild-caught in Alaska’s legendary Copper River, not raised in fish pens or fed manufactured pellet diets. Their rich, buttery flavor and vibrant color come naturally from one of nature’s most extraordinary migrations.

While we’re known for our USDA Prime steaks, our commitment to excellence extends far beyond beef. We go to extraordinary lengths to source the finest seafood available.

We’ll proudly feature Copper River Salmon throughout the catching season, which typically runs through September, as long as this extraordinary fish is available.

After the parade rolls through Historic Downtown Jonesborough, join us at Jackson’s Prime for a special patriotic lunch consisting of sandwiches and appetizers.

🇺🇸 PARADE STARTS AT 10AM 🇺🇸

Please note: This special lunch service is walk-ins only. We will not be accepting lunch reservations, so come early, grab a table, and enjoy the festivities after the celebration parade ends. And get out if the heat in our A/C.
