This morning, our little restaurant was FULL—and so were our hearts. ❤️

We had the absolute pleasure of serving breakfast to this amazing crew from Appalachian Service Project before they loaded up and began their long trip home to Illinois. 🏠❤️

We are so thankful they chose to spend their morning with us, but even more thankful for the time, hard work, and love they poured into our community while they were here. It takes some pretty special people to leave home and give their time to help complete strangers—and we hope they know just how appreciated they truly are. ❤️

They just pulled out headed toward Illinois in some pretty terrible rain, so we’re asking all of our friends to say a little prayer for them today. 🙏 Please pray for safe travels, clear roads, and protection as they navigate this weather and make the long trip home.

Thank you for loving on our little corner of Virginia. ❤️ This morning, it was truly an honor to serve YOU.

After being closed the past two Saturdays, we’re excited to have the doors open again! ❤️

We’ll be opening just a little later than usual—around 8:00 AM—because we’re honored to be serving breakfast to the amazing volunteers from Appalachian Service Project before they head out to make a difference in our community. Thank you for everything you do! 🏠❤️
