Fill-in bartender. Fill-in cook. Fill-in manager. Full-time legend. 🏆😂

We’ve poured years of hard work, sacrifice, and investment into The 1850’s—with one goal: serving a delicious meal you can count on, every single time in a welcoming and fun environment. ❤️

Our meats are cooked fresh to order, paired with fresh vegetables, cheeses, and flavorful sauces, and served on lightly toasted buns. Food that satisfies your taste buds and fills your belly with happiness.

Behind every plate are people that care and take pride in what they serve. When customers tell us we’re their favorite spot or that they’ve had one of the best meals around, it reminds us why we’ve put so much into this place.

To everyone who supports us—whether you live down the street or make the drive to Juneau—thank you. Every meal ordered, kind review, and recommendation helps our small, family-owned business keep growing and giving back.

We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’ll keep putting our hearts into making it even better. ❤️
