NOW HIRING- Coffee Production Team Members!

Kalamazoo Coffee Company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Coffee Production Team Members to join our production team! This is a full-time position (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with a starting pay of $20/hour plus benefits kicking in after 6 months.

Responsibilities include weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging freshly roasted coffee, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. This is a hard job and you will be on your feet all day.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently as part of a team. Prior food experience preferred but not required- training provided. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and want to be part of a fast-growing local coffee company- we’d love to meet you!
