This corn didn't travel far. Grown by our friends at Crisp Country Acres, it arrives at peak sweetness, and we think the best thing to do with corn this good is keep it simple.

So we cut it into "ribs" (quartered strips of cob), season it with our house kombu blend for a deep savory kick, and finish with lime. Set the silverware aside for this one. Each piece is meant to be picked up and savored straight from the cob.
