They include familiar beer styles, hard cider made from apples grown in our family's orchards, and experimental small batch brews. This morning we took a tour of ValleyHUB KVCC in downtown Kalamazoo with our summer culinary intern Gerald! We’ve been sourcing from ValleyHub for almost 10 years now to bring in local fruit, vegetables, and dairy into our restaurant and onto our menu. The Hub has really grown over the years to supply dozens of area restaurants, grocers, and schools with fresh, local produce. We are proud to partner with them when we can!
