A Night in Greece 🇬🇷

When we were brought in by the event planner / venue The Xperience Kalamazoo, the vision was clear — create a menu that didn’t just complement the theme, but fully immerse guests in it.

Chef Khalil approached this with intention, curating a selection that reflected the textures, flavors, and spirit of Mediterranean dining. Every element was designed to feel transportive — light, vibrant, and meant to be experienced in moments, just like a night along the coast.

From the richness of marinated lamb and chicken skewers to the brightness of bruschetta and Greek salad cups, each bite balanced familiarity with elevation. Focaccia with hummus, Mediterranean meatballs, and feta-stuffed olives layered in depth, while calamari and caprese brought a fresh, coastal finish.

This wasn’t just a menu.
It was a feeling. A setting. A story told through flavor.
