Our Story

Traverse City’s first food truck, Roaming Harvest, has roamed the streets of the Cherry Capital since 2012. It has been dedicated to serving uniquely inspired street food that supports local farms and businesses. Daily menus that highlight the seasonal bounty of Northern Michigan have made many loyal customers out of locals and visitors alike.

Well, Roaming Harvest has made a move! Old #12 now resides at Northern Natural Cider House and Winery in the village of Chief. There is a new chef behind the wheel, but with support and recipes from Roaming Harvest’s founder and original chef, Simon Joseph, many fan favorite items will still be available...this includes the beloved Korean beef tacos, pulled pork tacos, and seasonal veggie tacos.

Now located in the heart of agriculturally rich Manistee County, Roaming Harvest will continue to source organic and local ingredients that showcase the season and taste amazing! See you in Chief!
