Their cattle are:

Six years ago I got a message on Instagram from Matt at that they were coming up for the and wondering if our truck was going to be open. We served them, swapped some swag and became friends. Great BBQ and friend are are hard to beat. When we decided to throw my daughter .music a grad party down in Texas, I knew I didn’t want to haul our rig 2,000 miles down to Texas, so I placed a quick call to the boys at LJs. Without hesitation they lent us one of their on a trailer, loaded us up with a couple case of brisket and some turkey! Throwing this party and feeding our guests and family tomorrow would be a lot harder with out people like the crew at LJs. Always happy to lend a hand, they are good people. If you’re ever in Brenham Texas and want too top 50 bbq without the monstrous wait times, give them a visit. And don’t sleep on the Pimento smoked brisket burger. It’s amazing. And to to LJs, thanks! Couldn’t have done it without y’all!

Apparently TSA gets weird when you try to bring 47 pounds of brisket and dinosaur beef ribs on vacation… so we need YOUR help. 🫡✈️🥩

Before we leave town next week, we’re doing a ridiculous one-day popup tomorrow — Monday 5/18!
