MCS, the premier food and beverage operator at the Glacier Park International Airport, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and presentation specifications in a sanitary and timely manner. Your duties will include operating standard kitchen equipment, maintaining station stock levels, and ensuring your workstation adheres to all food safety standards. You will also assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and maintaining overall kitchen organization while communicating effectively with coworkers.
To qualify for this position, we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook. You should have a solid understanding of classic cooking techniques, the ability to follow standardized recipes, and knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules. This role requires manual dexterity, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. You must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience, as well as health and dental insurance, paid sick time, employee insurance, free long/short term disability insurance, a free employee meal during your shift and PREMIUM PAY *** an additional $4 per hour for all shifts worked in June, July, and August. Base pay is $17-20/hr DOE
