We are going to be making some changes to our Superfood Bliss Bowls menu this week! In an effort to offer more options and also keep portion size the same, we will now have 3 sizes, The Mini, My Bowl, and Our Bowl. The mini is great for kids or those who want a smaller treat, the My Bowl is the same size as our old bowl, but a little bit bigger cuz we will be packing it into the container, and the Our Bowl is big enough to share with a friend. We are also going to be adding a lot more superfood topping options, as well as 3 Chia Puddings u can add in, or high protein Greek Yogurt. Its going to be a little adjustment on our part but we hope u like the new offerings! We will be adding this to the new menu this week.

A number that means more to me than revenue: $250,000. That's what we paid our staff this year — people who live here, shop here, raise families here. With three new corporate chains breaking ground in our small town, this feels worth saying: every dollar spent local stays local. Every cup poured at Awaken keeps that money circulating in Kankakee instead of leaving town. This is what community-owned looks like. I dont like to brag much but this is something im proud of and I believe all of our customers should be proud of too. Because when we choose to support local we create real change. 💛
