I understand that it can be frustrating to order a cake two weeks out. I really do understand the frustration when we have an up charge for a cake ordered before that two week time frame. Sometimes I am unable to run to the local grocery store. Sometimes my supplier doesn’t have what I need and can you believe they charge me for rush orders? Shipping charges alone are not cheap. I try to keep items on hand and stay ahead of the game. Most companies don’t want you to buy just one item. Manfred and the team decided on a small up charge to cover cost. I prefer quality over quantity.

We have A/C!!!

Today is the second attempt of getting the A/C working after being vandalized. At this point I could have bought a whole new unit. It is so hot that our chocolate houses have melted.
