It’s been too long and I know I’ve got folks jonesing for a new one. So here it is! The first 2lb special of 2021. My workhorse, Guatemala Gran Quetzal transformed into something beautiful by a lighter profile. Pecan pralines, cocoa, candied citrus. Yum yum yum. . This is our workhorse. Such a beautiful turquoise IR-12. With the exception of when I have to do big batches all the coffee you order gets roasted here on this guy. All of our standard lineup coffees are coming especially good these days so do yourself a favor and pop over to our shop and give us a try. Or reorder your favorite. And remember, I’ve only got 9 more Guatemala COE coffees left and then they’re gone FOREVER. But I’ve got a sweet replace on deck so don’t worry too much. Enjoy! ‼️
