Here it goes to a great one ☝️

What an incredible dinner tonight at Garozzo’s! The food was absolutely outstanding—as always.

A special thank you to my great friend, Michael Garozzo, who didn’t just recommend what we should eat… he actually ordered everything for us! That’s the kind of host he is.

But more than that, Michael is a true friend. We’ve shared many years in this business together, and the respect and support between us has always been mutual. Every time we’re together, I learn something from him. Watching the way he treats people, leads his business, and supports his community reminds me so much of why we do what we do.

Michael, thank you for your kindness, your generosity, your friendship, and especially for turning your car around and coming back when you saw my text. That simple gesture says everything about the person you are.

With all my love and respect, I am forever grateful for your friendship.

Here’s to supporting our local community, local businesses, local owners, and celebrating the many cultures and nationalities that make Kansas City such a special place.
