We’ve worked it out with our team at Chingu so you can get your favorites all under one roof. We want to make sure we ease our way into this transition so we will be adding items as we go. Thank you for your understanding during this transition. We’re really excited to continue serving these items with you!

It is with heavy hearts we announce the closing of Sura Eats. Our last day of service will be this Saturday, Oct. 28.
For the last 5 years, it’s been an honor and a privilege to share Korean culture with you through food. It’s brought us so much joy to see the KC community learn and grow with us at our popups, catering events and here at our restaurant.
Like many of our colleagues in the industry, we’ve experienced challenges these last 3-4 years. We've seen our community rally around small business owners, which has gotten us through many dark times, and we're so appreciative of that. But after much deliberation, we’ve decided that this is the best course of action for us as a business. We hope you understand.
We want to thank for giving us the opportunity in 2018 to be one of their anchor tenants. Thank you to ownership, management and staff for all the support and love you’ve given us since then. We are forever grateful for our time at Parlor.
HUGE shoutout to current and former staff, marketing/social teams, designers, photographers, and everyone who helped make us who we are today.
But despite these difficult times, we have hope! We plan to keep Sura Eats alive through popups, delivery services, our sauces, and in other fun ways. We believe we've built something special and hope to continue sharing our food with you. This is not a "goodbye" but a "see you soon.” Please check back for updates on where and how to find us!

Tuesday is our Monday so we don’t mind starting our week off with some lighter fare!
Brussels Sprouts and rice cakes tossed in a soy-citrus glaze. Served with chili-garlic mayo. Did we mention this dish is VEGAN?? Yep😁. Looking forward to a great week and hope yours is too👊!

Tteokbokiiiiii (떡볶이)!
This dish is typically cooked in a gochujang broth where rice cakes and other ingredients are boiled down until broth is reduced to a thick, creamy texture.
Our version has rice cakes that are fried, then sautéed with veggies and beef in a gochujang garlic sauce🤤.
One of the best dishes enjoyed with a couple of drinks!!
