Since taking ownership in October 2025, we have been grateful for the support, kindness, and loyalty of our customers and community.

Today, we want to share that we are in the process of changing our name from Paulie’s Deli to Edgar’s Deli.

While our name is changing, our commitment remains the same. Our team will continue providing the quality food, service, and customer experience you have come to know and trust.
