Hello coffee lovers 🤠. I have tested the Eithopia guji and it is a go for light medium (425)or light (415) Notes are plum, walnut, and chocolate tones. To my palette it’s a sweet winey taste with some darker chocolate tones Medium body. I don’t have room on the menu so please ask for it. It also supports a local importer here in Houston. Don’t forget to order so you will have coffee all holiday weekend god bless ❤️

I will have a washed heirloom Eithopia guji bean coming soon. light medium roast. Notes: red plum sweetness backed by creamy milk chocolate and the satisfying depth of toasted walnut. Medium,full bodied with a clean, moderate acidity.
I can sell it right now but know I am about to test the first batch of it and I have not had it yet. This is a nice bean from a local importer here in Houston. Let me know. 😃

The gaggia machine has sold. I will have another beginner setup possibly today. I am trying to put together the complete starter package minus the grinder with bottomless filter, tamper Wdt etc and of course coffee 😬. If anyone has a value machine and wants to upgrade to a solid real 58mm machine I have a Gaggia RI9380/46 E24 Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless Steel. That’s never been turned on. No water has even been through it. Comes with all the accessories in the original box. I will check it is functioning correctly later today. 380.00. I will throw in a free pound of your choice thank you
