What inspired you to start your business?
“My grandmother. She had a restaurant in Peru, and ever since I was a child, I dreamed of following in her footsteps. I always admired her passion and dedication, and I knew that one day, I wanted to do the same. She was my greatest inspiration, and today, I am proud to carry on her legacy in new jersey.”
