Join us for a St Patrick’s celebration on Saturday March 14th at .
In these pics, I am building a brine so our brisket can be turned into corned beef. It’s a process that takes 6 days, but it’s well worth the effort! It will then be featured in our potato bowls (vegetarian version available as well) along with veggie chili, sour cream, cheese and herbs. Stout cupcakes will also be on the menu, as well as cups and bowls of chili.
Food starts at 1:00pm and goes until 5pm or sold out.
