Join us for a St Patrick’s celebration on Saturday March 14th at .

In these pics, I am building a brine so our brisket can be turned into corned beef. It’s a process that takes 6 days, but it’s well worth the effort! It will then be featured in our potato bowls (vegetarian version available as well) along with veggie chili, sour cream, cheese and herbs. Stout cupcakes will also be on the menu, as well as cups and bowls of chili.

Food starts at 1:00pm and goes until 5pm or sold out.

This Saturday from 4-5 it’s Pawloween at Ausable Brewing Company! Bring your pups and enjoy a joyous hour of dog focused Holloween goodness. We will be serving jumbo dogs from the truck and there will be plenty of dog friendly treats for your canine friends to enjoy!

This Saturday we will be straying from our normal summer menu to bring you TACOS! We will have chicken tacos and veggie tacos served with chopped lettuce, salsa fresca, house made pickled veggies, and chipotle crema. Flour and corn tortillas will be available. Food starts at 4pm at

I’m very excited about how tasty these New England Style Shrimp Rolls are! Come give them a try for yourself this Saturday 9/6 at the 11 Year Anniversary Party. We will also be serving Kielbasas as well as Burrito Bowls (gf) and local cider donuts.

We got an awesome Thursday and Saturday line up this week at Ausable Brewing Company! Farmers market pop-up on Thursday and a Neil Young tribute on Saturday. Food and market starts at 5pm on Thursday, and food at 4pm on Saturday with music at 5pm.

We are doing one more day of our Beer Cheese Dip and Soft Pretzel Special. Come give it a try this Thursday at ! Limited supply available so jump on it while you can. In addition to soft pretzels we will have our usual menu of Burrito Bowls, BBQ Pulled Pork, Smoked Kielbasas, and Ice Cream with Black Currant Purée. Truck opens at 5 and last call is at 7:45. 🥨 🧀 🍺
