Hello, from the Iowa Farm Kitchen! What a busy few months we have had, and we wouldn't change it for anything!

We wanted to share an update with you regarding our state-inspected kitchen site and what our new plans are for our family food business are at this time.

We have learned, we will no longer have our inspected cooking space as of July 1st. So, we will not be able to take on any more food orders until a new location is found or having it here on our farm becomes a reality.
We will continue to do on-site special events as much as we can, and we certainly appreciate all your patience as we go through this transition.

In the meanwhile, we will continue to offer inspected beef cuts for sale🥩, and will be adding duroc pork🥓, and market lamb cuts soon. We will also be adding special recipe videos as we will offer monthly meat specials. Stay tuned!!!

Change can be hard, and this situation is no exception, but we know that God's got this!

In addition to our weekend catering events this month, we will be offering several food options for pre-order!

These come full cooked, frozen, ready to thaw and heat up. In our family we use these for quick family meals, individual lunches, and senior meals.

Tonight is the night!
Join us outside the Dragoon Trace Nature Center for a soup supper and music. Serving starts at 5 pm and will serve until its gone!

Take it to go, or sit and enjoy some soup, hot chocolate, and listen to Christmas music by Justin Akers, at the piano. He will also have his CD, "Just as I am" for sale for $20.

A portion of our food sales will go back to the Holiday Lights in the Park.

Hope to see new and familiar faces tonight as we kick off the Christmas season in Ringgold County!

Hi everyone!
November is here and we are ready to take your orders for our frozen, fully cooked, meal options! These will change monthly, based on your feedback and what you would like to see offered.

Deadline to order meals will be November 11th or until we are maxed out on what we can offer.

Meals will be available the weekend of November 12th through the 20th. We will work with everyone to find a time to get meals to you! These will come fully cooked, frozen, ready to thaw and heat.

Our menu options for this month will be:

Entrees: $11.00 (serves 2-4 people)
-Lasagna
-Beef Meatballs (Plain or Barbequed, 15 meatballs)
-Hamburger Tator-Tot Casserole
-Vegetable Beef Stew (quart)

Sides: $7.00 (2 cups)
-Macaroni and Cheese
-Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
-Dad's Sliced Cheesy Potatoes

We will also offer these in individual sizes, great for quick lunches, and for senior meals. Same options as above.

-Entree only, $7.00
-Entree with a side, $9.00

No bakery items this month, as we are gearing up for next month's holiday items. Stay tuned!

Thanks SO much for everyone that came out to the Picnic in the Park yesterday! It was a great day and fun to see everyone!

As you make your weekend plans, dont forget, The Foxy Bobcat, in Ellston has our cinnamon rolls and homemade sides in their cold case for sale. Made fresh and while they last!

Today starting at 11 AM at "Picnic in the Park" at Poe Hollow shelter house.
Come grab lunch and go, or have lunch and stay for Ranger Kate's program at noon. We would love to see you out in our beautiful park today with Ringgold County Conservation.

Grilled Tenderloins, Grilled Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Taco Salad, Homemade Sides, and Dessert (including sugar cookies, peanut clusters, and scotcheroos)
