Help The Lemon Drop Seek Justice & Resolution in Landlord Dispute
Hi everyone,
We are reaching out to our community today with an update on The Lemon Drop and to ask for your support as we navigate a critical step toward recovery.
Following the issues at our previous location at 1179 Hudson Street in Longview, our business suffered significant financial losses and unexpected costs. To recover these damages, we are moving forward with formal legal mediation against our former landlord.
Our Goal: Fair Reimbursement & Recovery Our primary objective in mediation is to achieve a full settlement that reimburses our lost revenue, relocation expenses, and operational damages. Mediation offers a direct, structured path to secure this financial recovery without delaying justice through years in court.
However, to present a strong, bulletproof case and negotiate effectively, we need experienced legal representation in our corner.
Where the Funds Will Go We are raising $10,000.00 to cover the immediate legal and administrative costs required to pursue this recovery:
Legal Counsel & Case Preparation: Attorney fees to compile financial evidence, audit lease agreements, and calculate lost income.
Mediation & Filing Fees: Associated costs for the formal mediator and legal proceedings.
Documentation & Financial Auditing: Structuring proof of our business losses for the settlement package.
