This hybrid position supports both sides of the business: reliable product delivery, hands‑on account management, and support for our roastery's production team. The role ensures customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while also strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable driving a company vehicle, and confident communicating with customers and prospects.
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow into a full Account Manager or Sales Representative position as the company scales. High performers will have opportunities for increased commission, expanded territories, and deeper customer ownership.
