Are you Just coming back or about to go under the sun? Try this: 1/4 cup Greek yogourt; 2 Cups watermelon; 1 cup Blueberries, 1 cup of ice and a pinch of mint; Blend- :) Enjoy!!! and happy 4th!

Thank you all for your calls ,and messages. No kopolinos on the sight any soon, but in the meantime we will take this space to share some of our favorite recipes as cooking is one of our hobbies :) and we know you like good food. We miss you all, but plans have changed and like water we must flow...If you see us running with an open house sign please stop by to say hello; we might as well have some tea for you to enjoy.

We wanted to announce our last day of operation at 420 S Vancouver is today! Relocating process is ongoing ; We will keep you posted but it might be a while until Kopolinos opens up again. We want to thank you all for your kind support and close friendship (Kopolinos). Every dish we have served to you has been served with all of our love ; we keep your smiles, your laughing and time with us is in our hearths and we are looking forward to see you tonight.
