It’s taking me longer than expected to get my ducks in a row, but I am still working on it. Patience my friends. I am still planning on having my holiday meals and beef by the pound. Thanksgiving is getting closer I know!!!!

Just wanted to update Kenosha with what’s going on in my life. First and foremost, tg’s may be closed but the beef recipe is still mine and yes I will be starting a catering business up to accommodate the beef orders. I’m working on a few things as I’m writing to get that plan in motion. My goal is to have it by the holidays. So you will be able to get your holiday beef. Happy smiles
