Every other Wednesday is Birria Day done the Tonto’s way: Burrito, Quesadilla or Ramen. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

We also have Fried Bologna 2-Layer Tacos(small batch) and our Full Menu as usual.

We are open from 11am-9pm and our Door Dash menu including both of today’s Birria & Fried Bologna specials will be available from 11am-8:40pm.

Oh wow, homies. This turned out way better than I expected. This is delicious. It’s one of the best tacos I have ever had to be honest. 🤤 😋😍🌮🌮🌮

Going way back to Em & I’s childhood with this one. Picture waking up early, meeting up with all the homies in the neighborhood, hopping on that bad ass Schwinn dirt bike, riding straight to Lawsons to load up on snacks and then spending a long day at the local pool. You come home at pool close sun kissed, hungry and exhausted AF. Your old man whips out whatever he can find in the fridge and fries up some killer and I mean KILLER bologna sandwiches on that stick to the roof of your mouth white ass Wonder Bread. You layer it with some Cool Ranch Doritos, bright yellow American Cheese, a dash of Mayonnaise & Mustard and you have one of the best Summertime sandwiches in the history of childhood.

This is our 2-Layer Taco version of a sandwich and a time that we hold very dear to our hearts. It might not be for everyone but we sure hope you give it a shot because it’s delicious, comforting and just what you need on a 90 degree mid July day! 🌮🌮🌞☀️

Good morning and hope you all are having a wonderful start to your Monday so far. My Monday started poorly last week and I made the mistake of letting that negative energy ride shotgun with me without chipping in on gas money throughout most of last week. I’ll tell ya’ what my homies. That was a really bad decision and even though my morning today didn’t start off all that much better than last Monday. I’m not repeating that pattern this week. For my mental sake and everyone around me that loves & cares for me. F**k it! It’s going to be a balls out hot AF brutal week ahead. Things will probably not be perfect. I’m most likely not hitting the lottery this week and retiring and I can guarantee you things are still going to be good and life could always be a hell of a lot better & worse. I think it’s going to be a great week to drink a lot of big bottles of Red Stripe, jump in a nearby watering hole with some buddies, go see live music, visit some friends I haven’t seen in a while, drink a lot water, eat some good meals with good people, watch some good movies inside a cool place, give a whole lot of thanks for being alive and show a whole lot of love and gratitude to everyone around me that continues to love, support, care and give a whole lot of sh*ts about me. I hope you all have a wonderful week. I truly love, appreciate, respect and value you all. You all can ride shotgun with me anytime and no need to chip in on gas money. ✌️🫶❤️🙏🍻
