If you’ve ever wondered how we make the chicken for the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala, keep reading.

The chicken gets cooked over a flame, in a clay oven. That’s what you see in the first two pictures.

Before we grill the meat, it gets marinated overnight in a proprietary spice blend.

By the time it reaches your table, it shows up as dishes like butter chicken and chicken tikka masala.
