Happy Tuesday!! Tonight at the DTLT, we feature our Shrimp and Scallop Fettucine, shredded Brisket and Cheese Empanadas, our Stuffed Shells and Traditional Pork Tamaled. The soups are a Tomato with Cheese Tortellini and a Creamy Roasted Potato. Our featured cocktail this evening is our Frosty Blue Vanilla Martini.

Happy Saturday and Alumni Weekend! Tonight we feature our Sautéed Cod, our Shrimp and Scallop Fettuccine, our DTLT Surf and Turf and our Ravioli. The soups are our Sherried Mushroom and Creamy Potato. The featured cocktail is our Tropical Blue Cooler.

This afternoon the Class of ‘61 gathers for a reception in our private party room. Dinner service will begin at 4 pm in the main Dining Room, as usual.
