Every week we have live music, nonprofit supported beer tent, merchant village and of course food trucks, trailers & tents.
The only spot in West Michigan hosting over 20 food trucks each and every week!
So grab a blanket, lawn chair, friends, family (furry ones too) and come celebrate 10 years of GR8 Food Truck Fridays.

⭐️ CHUNKY EDGES ⭐️
We are gearing up for summer and getting ready for our first event with the dessert bus next Saturday. That means we have LOTS of edges! This is the current list and I will be adding many more to it over the next couple of days. Come get them and stock your freezer!

🟣 What are Chunky Edges?
These are the pieces that we cut off to make our sandwiches square. Instead of throwing them away, we stuff them into pint containers and offer them to you for only $4.
This is a secret 🤫 menu item. It is not on our menu. If you know, you know… that’s what makes you part of the club 😉 You have to ask to see the list of chunky edges.
**These are not offered on the dessert bus. You can only get them at the shop.

We took our NY style cheesecake dipped it in white chocolate and then covered it in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal 😃

It’s absolutely delicious and available starting today! Come grab one before they’re gone 😋

Sadly this year we will not be setting up during the Tulip Time Festival in Holland. We definitely enjoyed seeing everyone the last couple of years. Unfortunately the fees that we were being charged (almost $7,000) at the end of the day didn't make financial sense for our small operation. We hope everyone has fun and you can catch us at our first big public appearance Taste of Summer on May 9th followed by Food Truck Fridays on May 15th both at Riverside Park, in GR.

The time has come, as we bring you 4 totally new ice cream sandwiches in 2026 and bring back a fan favorite. We are introducing a new group of premium ice cream sandwiches. These sandwiches use more expensive set of ingredients and/or require more effort to create and will be priced at $8. Once you taste them though you will realize they are worth the extra effort.

5th and final sandwich is the return of a fan favorite. The GR8 (great) Bambino. We made a delicious marshmallow ice cream added in a full layer of real graham crackers, ribbon of chocolate fudge and sprinkle of marshmallows. That gets surrounded by our chocolate cookie on the bottom and a soft brownie on top that also has a full layer of graham cracker baked into it. Then topped with marshmallows and toasted. You will definitely be wanting S'more.

4th is our Captain Shortcake. Taking fresh strawberries to make a delightful strawberry ice cream then we added a bunch of cheesecake pieces for a delicious Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. Surrounded that with our signature cookie topped with our shop made strawberry crunch topping.

3rd was our Nevermore. We made a rich caramel ice cream and adding in cheesecake pieces for a decadent caramel cheesecake ice cream. Then surrounded it with a dark chocolate cookie and topped it with our shop made salted caramel flakes.

2nd sandwich is our Straw Hat Banana. We took our Banana Dream ice cream (which is like a banana cream pie) then surrounded it with our signature cookie mixed and dusted with Nilla wafers. If you are a banana pudding fan than this will be your favorite!

1st sandwich was our Spooky Butter. We made a delicious cookie butter ice cream with crushed bits of Biscoff cookies. Then surrounded it with our own signature cookie that has even more Biscoff cookie crumbs mixed in. Giving you a complete cookie butter experience.

All of our premium sandwiches will be available starting this week when we open on Wednesday.
